8.06.08 - The Little Trooper
I felt it was necessary to devote a web post to our most adventurous baby. At only 3 months he is a little international traveler.
He has been on 11 airplanes, (which is almost equivalent to flying every week that you've been alive!).
Micah has been doing very well here in the Bahamas. There was only one day where he got really sick, but every day since he's been almost everywhere we've been (with a few exceptions from some exceptional friends who watched him for us).
He was pretty used to the heat in Texas, but the humidity here is something his (and our) body is getting used to. Whether it is mom's milk or whatever formula we can find, he is eating very good - and boy can you tell.
Our little baby is one of the chubbiest babies I've ever seen. He's bigger than some 10 month olds! And can you guess who just learned how to suck on his hands!!! SO CUTE!
Most of all we thank God for giving us care of this little precious one. We know that it's always fun to see baby pictures, and I think I'll try to devote more posts to the little one. I'll have the 3 and 4 month pictures together when he gets there.
Checkout this great picture of Micah with Wade. He just loves Wade. Wade has 4 kids of his own and he can just make Micah smile and laugh - it's very fun to watch!
Also on a positive note, today was a great day, because we finally got all of our things from the container and our vehicles. Multiple moves, many miles, and across state and international lines, but everything has finally arrived. It'll be at least another month before we can unpack - but boy are we blessed to have everything!
