Ryan has been really sick since Tuesday! He has a fever and feels terrible! He finally went to the doctor today though and got some medicine and he’s feeling a little better. It’s been a rough week though!

We celebrated our 7th Anniversary today! We actually went on our date yesterday, and it was so wonderful! Lissett babysat Micah while Ryan and I went North. We stopped on the way at the Training center and took a walk like we did when we were interns. We used to take a walk to the JC sign every morning when we were interns! Then we walked on the beach for a while. It was wonderful! After our walk we headed to Harbor Island, yes, Harbor Island. You might be thinking “that’s the last place in the world Ryan would want to go!” Well, you’d be right, but he loves me that much! We went to Valentines and they opened the grill extra late for our Anniversary dinner! BY the time we got there it was already past 9:00! We had a wonderful evening complete with a want on the docks. it was a lovely evening! I am so blessed to have the most wonderful husband ever! My favorite thing about him is the he loves the Lord more than anything! I am so blessed!

School has been extra fun since it’s almost over. It seems like the kids are in better moods, and classes have been fun! Last night at dinner the boys decided that they wanted to dig up a fire ant nest and find the queen. When I came back the ants were everywhere and they had dug a huge hole and they were getting bitten. I guess boys will be boys! Today they spent computer class knocking down wasps nests. I had fun watching them!

Happy Birthday to the best friend and husband EVER! I made him a pie and took him a doughnut in class so everyone sang to him. It was fun! The day started out rough. We had a late night last night and early morning this morning and we had to take Kari and Julie to the airport. So Micah was super tired and sad all day. He cried going to school. I hate seeing his little heart hurt! He already misses Kari so much! The day got better though by the end and we enjoyed the day with Ryan!

We had a fun day today! Unfortunatly I had to work all morning, but Ryan and Kari and Julie went on a FishBone Tour with Julius and had a great time! Julie even caught a turtle! We had Julius and Robin and Dale and Lisett and the kids over for dinner. They caught a crawfish today so Julius cooked it up, and Ryan grilled chicken, and we had a feast! We had a triple birthday party and had lots of fun! Happy Early Birthday to Ryan, Robin, and Javannah!

Today is Mother’s Day! It has been a great day too! Micah swung me in the hammock this morning. It was great! And Ryan preached a great sermon at church and we had lunch with everyone at church. They got all the mom’s a fruit basket, which was really fun too! Tonight we watched Monte Carlo and relaxed! It was a great day! I am so blessed to be a mommy to the best little boy ever! And I am so blessed to have such a wonderful mom who loves the Lord and is so wonderful!

It was a fun day! Today was the beginning of MOther’s Day Weekend, so it was extra special! Ryan made super yummy blue cheese burgers for lunch! Then he got me a massage! It was wonderful and so relaxing! After that we all went to Sky Beach for dinner and swimming! I was hoping Micah would practice swimming, but he had fun hanging out on the edge at least! And we had fun!

My herbs are growing! I planted some inside in the window, and they are growing!! Yeah! My favorite part of my day was when Micah handed me the flower he made at school and said “Happy MOther’s Day!” It melted my heart! I love him so much! Kari, Julie, and I went to Tippy’s tonight for dessert and drinks, and we had lots of fun! It was nice to get out with the girls!
