1.17.07 – New Webiste www.missioncma.com

I have finally finished the new website for our mission board, Caribbean Ministries Association (CMA) at www.missioncma.com. Thanks to an extended break from seminary due to some lovely “inclement” weather I finally squeezed in the time I needed to make the finishing touches.

Previously, CMA had a website the basically served to get the organization out there. It was originally set up under the Eleuthera Bible Training Center or EBTC. However, this old site never really made the upgrade to CMA when Caribbean Ministries was born.

I started the site late last September and just finally finished it; I can’t even add up the hours (try asking Emily). Almost every spare minute I had was spent working on code, images, and design. The “Ministries Page” saw 4 different full makeovers, because I’m a bit particular in how polished I want things to look.

This new site www.missioncma.com will hopefully achieve a more intuitive approach to regular updates. One goal of the site is to keep the public and supporters up-to-speed with the most current news coming from CMA. There is a fresh amount of new “eye appeal” to this new site, and the picture pages are much more dynamic to the user’s experience.

All in all I’m pleased with how the site turned out. If you’re super keen you’ll probably see some structural similarities between theflunkers.com and missioncma.com but they both had the same designer. Apart from a few minor tweaks and forthcoming “online donations,” I’m happy to announce that the new Caribbean Ministries Association website is finally live. I welcome your feedback and suggestions.
