I wanted to take a moment and write a short post, just expounding on the privilege we have to serve and train pastors and church leaders here on the island.
Graduation here is such a momentous event; not only for our students but also for us. We spend hours with our students in the class room, and occasionally lose sight of the forest amidst the trees, so-to-speak.
Graduation allows us to see the big picture again and hear the appreciation from the culmination of training.
It is truly a special event for us, but in many ways it is even more special for our students. They all are bi-vocational pastors and church leaders, and for 2 straight years they sacrifice night after night with us in the classroom.
There are even those who haven’t graduated from high school, thus EBTC graduation is quite the milestone in their ministry and lives.
We are thankful and humbled that the Lord would use this ministry to impact so many lives… may there be many more.
